Early Childhood Learning Center (ECLC)

ABOUT WASHINGTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - ECLC

The Kingsport City Schools Early Childhood Learning Centers (ECLC) are tuition-based childcare facilities that provide early childhood learning experiences that are developmentally appropriate for children ranging in ages from 6 weeks to 5 years.

Play is the work of young children and our classroom staff and learning environments promote active play, engaging academic experiences, and free exploration. Children are nurtured physically, emotionally, and academically. We take great pride in the use of early childhood best practice to prepare children for their next steps in life.
